Headset Won't Turn On
The headset will not respond when attempting to power it on.
Faulty Power Cord
Make sure that the power cord is not damaged or frayed, and that it is firmly plugged in at both ends (it does not wiggle in the socket or appear loose). Also, if you or a friend has a spare cord, use that to test the issue.
Faulty Power Adapter
Your power adapter (the object on the power cable that looks like a black box) may be damaged or broken. If this is the case, purchase a new one. They can be found at many online retailers.
Blurry PlayStation VR Vision or "Lens Fog"
When using the PlayStation VR system, the image appears blurry or out of focus.
Dirty Lens
The lenses in the headset become grimy over time, making them hard to see through. Take a glasses cleaning cloth and wiping them down. There are wipes that come with a special solution just for cleaning delicate glass (those are recommended).
Damaged Lens
The lenses could have been damaged and need to be replaced. See the Optical Glass replacement Guide for more in-depth directions on how to go about this.
PlayStation VR Camera Won't Track Head Movements
The PlayStation VR has trouble tracking movements. It may lag or glitch when moving your head.
Dirty Lens
Make sure that the lens is free of any sort of grime or dust. This can interfere with the light tracking components.
Broken LED Display in Headset
The LED light display on the headset might have been damaged and needs to be replaced. See the LED Replacement Guide for more in-depth directions on how to go about this.
The PlayStation VR is Overheating
The PlayStation VR system gets really hot and looks to be overheating itself.
The Air Vents Can't Circulate
Make sure that the vents on the side of the PlayStation VR main console are not blocked. Also ensure that the VR console is placed out of direct sunlight, and in an open area (a.k.a. away from walls or enclosures, etc.).
Dusty Fan
The fan might be dusty, which contributes to overheating. Remove the fan and wipe it down with a cloth. You can also try cleaning it using compressed air (it comes in a spray canister and can be bought at most general stores) See the Fan Replacement Guide for details on how to remove the fan from the device.
Broken Fan
You may need to replace the cooling fan. The Fan Replacement Guide will provide more in-depth instructions.
The PlayStation VR is Making Strange "Whirring" Noises
The console is making strange noises when it is turned on. this may also coincide with the device getting overheated.
Damaged Cooling Fan
The strange noises could be a result of a damaged fan that needs replacement. Reference the Fan Replacement Guide for further instructions on how to go about this.
Controller Won't Connect via USB
When trying to connect the controller to the VR console, it does not register that the controller is connected or the controller does not respond to the connection.
Dead Batteries
Try replacing the batteries in the controller. It could just be that they went dead (it happens). See the Move Controller Battery Replacement Guide for more details.
Broken USB Cord
Some component of the USB cord you are using could be damaged. Try using another cord in order to see if that is indeed the problem.
Damaged USB Port
You may need to replace the USB port. See the USB Port Replacement Guide for more in-depth instructions regarding this.
The Rumble Feature in the Move Controllers Isn't Working
The controllers will not rumble or vibrate when they are supposed to.
Damaged Rumble Motors
You may need to replace the rumble motors. Reference the Controller Rumble Motor Replacement Guide for further instructions on how to do this.

No solution for a damaged usb port of the processor Unit for PSVR. Mine cables do not sit they move to the side and are very loose and I get the USB error sign in the headset.

Everything is connected correctly. The camera tracks my head movement on the tv and the lights are on, on my headset but there is no display in the optical lenses. No image when I put o the headset

After putting it on and switching it on, I saw an HDMI sign with an arrow, followed by red stripes and then no picture.
