Background
Razer, a well-known brand in the gaming peripherals industry, has always been at the forefront of developing products that cater to the growing mobile gaming market. The Kishi featured a compact design, and users could plug their phones directly into the controller using USB-C or Lightning connections. It made it easier for mobile gamers to enjoy a more traditional console gaming experience, and it was praised for its portability and responsive controls.
Building on the success of the Kishi, Razer introduced the Kishi V2 in 2021, which brought improvements in performance, button responsiveness, and overall design. The Kishi V2 continued to work with Android and iOS devices but offered a more refined and ergonomic build.
The Kishi V2 Pro takes things a step further by adding haptic feedback and adaptive triggers, features more commonly found in advanced console controllers like the PlayStation DualSense. It aims to bring these cutting-edge features to mobile gaming.
Connectivity and Performance:
Like the previous Kishi models, the V2 Pro connects to smartphones via USB-C (Android) and Lightning (iOS). This connection type ensures low latency for smoother gaming experiences.
The V2 Pro has also optimized latency, reducing input lag for faster, more responsive gameplay.
Customizable Buttons:
The buttons on the Kishi V2 Pro are customizable, allowing gamers to adjust the controls for their specific needs and preferences. This makes it even more adaptable for different game genres and styles.
It remains compatible with a wide range of mobile devices, from gaming smartphones to other Android and iOS devices, offering versatility in gaming platforms.
