Razer Nexus App Not Installed
Make sure Razer Nexus is installed and up to date on your device. You can install/update the app on the app store on your device. The Nexus app helps with controller calibration, software updates, and troubleshooting. If the app is not up to date you might find yourself having calibration issues or connection problems.
Phone Case Needs to be Removed
Make sure the case is removed from your device for full connection. Depending on the case, it can mess up the connection or prevent connection if the case is too big.
iPhones are Incompatible
As of February 2025, the iPhone 15 series and up is not compatible with the Pro V2 model. Razer is currently working on a firmware update that will make the iPhone 15 and up compatible.
