If the joysticks on your Razer Kishi v2 Pro are drifting, follow this page for solutions.
Dirt Build-Up
Clean the controller once a month to prevent dirt build-up. Make sure to use lint-free microfiber cloth and alcohol-based cleaning solution when cleaning. Make sure the device is not connected to a phone or charger cable. Remove or lift up rubber flaps of the joystick, pour rubbing alcohol into the base of the joystick. Make sure you use a high percentage of alcohol around 90% or higher. After pouring rubbing alcohol, rotate the joystick for 20 to 30 seconds in a clockwise motion. Once done, turn on the device and test to verify, if results do not meet satisfaction, then repeat steps.
Recalibration Required
Go into the Razer Nexus app and recalibrate or remap the controls. You can do this by opening the Razer Nexus app, going to settings, and clicking on ‘Remap Controls’.
