Yoton YB02 Troubleshooting

The camera in the baby monitor does not show any images on the monitor screen. 

To fix the issue of the camera not showing any image on the baby monitor, check that the camera's settings, such as transmission channel, resolution, and night vision, are set up correctly based on the manufacturer's instructions, as well as resetting the cameras to its default settings or updating its firmware, as needed.

There are issues with the camera and it needs to be replaced. You can replace the camera using this guide. 

When the baby monitor has been charged to its full capacity but loses its charge faster than the expected time. 

If the baby monitor dies quickly, ensure that the charging adapter for the device is completely plugged into both the device and the power source during the charging process.

If the adapter is connected correctly and the monitor still does not hold a charge for the intended amount of time, then the internal battery needs to be replaced. You can replace the battery using this guide. 

There is bad audio coming from the camera and/or the monitor device. 

Clean possible dust collected in the speaker holes as they could affect sound quality. If clean, and no change to sound quality, then try and turn the device off and on to restart the device. If restarting the monitor and camera does not work, then the speakers inside are faulty.

The camera does not capture movement and doesn’t display anything to the monitor. 

A simple software bug could be affecting the performance of the movement sensors along with the camera. To try and get rid of this, try turning the device off and on to restart the device.

If restarting the monitor device, and there is no change to the performance of the sensors, then the movement sensors are defective. These motion sensors are found inside the camera and need to be replaced. You can replace the sensors using this guide. 

The monitor screen does not display any image from the camera.

To fix the monitor screen for the baby monitor first check and see if everything is set up correctly based on instructions. If this does not work, try restarting the device by turning it off and on.

If this doesn't work the monitor screen is faulty and needs to be replaced. You can replace the screen using this guide.

The microphones do not capture audio between the monitor and the camera.

Check the audio settings for the baby monitor. If the audio settings are set up correctly, try restarting the device by turning it off and on. Check for any possible dirt or debris inside the microphone holes

If the problem persists, then the microphones need to be replaced. You can replace the microphone using this guide.
