Battery life is poor
The headphones die quickly during use.
Faulty Battery
If the battery has been charging for an appropriate amount of time, and the battery should be fully charged, but still dies quickly, the integrated battery in the headphones may be damaged, worn out, or faulty. If the headphones stay powered on while connected to the charging cable, then consider replacing the battery. Follow the instructions to replace the battery here.
Headphones will not charge
The headphones will not charge when connected to a power source.
Faulty Charging Cable
The charging cable that was supplied with your headphones may be defective, see if you are able to use it to charge a similar device. If the charging cable is defective, then a new cable may be required.
Faulty Charging Port
The charging port on the headphones may be faulty, preventing the recharging of the headset. First verify that the cable being used to charge the headphones is not defective. If the headphones will still not charge after the cable has been verified to be working, then replacing the charging port may be necessary. Follow the instructions to replace the charging port here.
Bluetooth will not connect
The headphones will not work via Bluetooth when following the procedure for pairing them to a device.
Interference From Another Device
The device you are trying to connect the headphones to might have another device that is preventing the connection. Consider checking to make sure there are no competing devices connected and try to reconnect the headphones.
Faulty Bluetooth Module
It is possible that the bluetooth module on the headphones is faulty, preventing the connection of the headphones to the desired device. If you have confirmed that there are no other devices interfering with the connection of the headphones, then you may need to replace the bluetooth module. Material on ear cushions is torn
The ear cushions have torn or the material is flaking off.
Material Degradation on Ear Cushions
The material on the ear cushions may be worn out from use. You may need to purchase new ear cushions and install them using the guide found here.
Headphones produce no audio out of one or both sides
While using the headphones, audio does not play out of one or both sides of speakers, or the sound range is diminished.
On-Ear Detection Failure
If the headphones are connected properly and do not produce audio out of one side--typically the right side--there may be a problem with the On-Ear Detection feature. In the Jabra Sound+ app, go to Headset Settings> Audio experience and turn off Auto-pause music. If this does not restore functionality, go to Headset settings> General and disable On-ear detection. In some cases, it may be necessary to restart or even reset the headphones after disabling on-ear detection in order to restore audio.⏎

Once functionality is restored, on-ear detection and auto-pause music may be re-enabled.
Faulty Speakers
If the headphones are connected properly and do not produce audio out of one or both sides, the speakers on your headphones may be faulty in one or both ears. If possible, verify that the issue is repeatable by connecting them to a different device. If the audio issue is still present, then you may need to replace the affected speaker(s). Follow the instructions to replace the speakers here.
During phone call, recipient cannot hear user speaking
When using the headphones as a microphone for phone calls, the other party on the call cannot hear the user, or the user is abnormally quiet.
Device Not Used As Microphone
If the person on the other end of your call cannot hear you speaking, it may be that the headphones are not set to be used as a microphone. Ensure that the headphones are set as the microphone on your device and try another call.
Faulty Microphone
If you have confirmed that the headphones are the microphone used by the device, then the microphone in the headphones may be defective. If this is the case, then the microphone may need to be replaced. Follow the instructions to replace the microphone here.
