Printer makes a buzzing sound
The printer makes a buzzing sound when it is on.
Bad transformer

Audio malfunction
The printer is providing distorted sound or no sound at all.

Printer is unresponsive
The printer does not seem to have power and pressing the buttons does not do anything.
Ensure that the printer is plugged into a wall outlet.
This can be easily solved by plugging in the power cord to the wall and ensuring that the power cord is also plugged into the printer.
Printer is not turned on
To turn the printer on press and hold the power button on the front of the printer. You should only have to press the power button for a couple of seconds and it should turn on.
Ink on the paper is faded.
The printer does not print the ink as it should.
Missing ink cartridge
This can be solved by opening up the printer and finding where the printer ink cartridge goes.
Low ink cartridge
Like the one above, this can be solved by finding the printer ink cartridge goes and replacing the old cartridge with the new cartridge.

Device shows a false "paper Jam" message when there is no paper in the machine (jammed or otherwise); and none of the devices functions will work. I have tried resetting the machine by unplugging it from the wall and waiting for several minutes before replugging and starting it. No success. What caused this to happen and how do I fix it?
