If your screen is cracked and you are wanted to replace your screen completely. You'll need an iopener or a heat gun to heat up the glue behind the glass. Once the glue is heated is a metal spudger tool to pry underneath the glass and slowly work one side at a time to properly remover the glass. This is not a fast process and will take time.
