I have the same problem after a week of buying the device ,I factory reset the device and the problem was not solved. I returned it to warranty and the device returned with the same problem.

I honestly liked the Samsung A05's and thought they were great, ideal, low-cost phones till it has proved they are a nuisance.
*Jan 2024 purchased an A05 after liking A04's.

*Feb 2024 phones keyboard slowly stopped responding so brought another, this time with a warranty.

*July 2024 Phone just would not work what-so-ever, gave off every indication of being water damaged despite it not being water damaged.???

-Warranty was $50 to get assessed and the very next day I was giving a new replacement for the fault was not mine.

*Sep 2024 my fourth phone wishing this year has black screened me. Still get notifications/calls etc not that II can answer them.
