I thought my speaker was broken for sure because the volume was very faint. I followed the instructions and selected "Forget this Device" on my iPhone, reconnected the speaker and it works again! Thanks!

On the bottom of the speaker, peel off the sticker that has the iHome model number and other info to reveal four screws. Take the screws out and you'll see three sets of wires. The set that is black and red with a white plug can be removed and and put back in to hard set the speaker.

Are you sure you are talking about the same speaker? First of all, The sticker with the iHome model number does not cover or conceal the screws to remove the bottom panel, nor any screws at all . Also, there are not three sets of wires. There are two sets (-black+red) of wires. One set from battery to motherboard, and the other set from the motherboard to speaker.

When fully charged and unplugged the red led indicator stays on no matter what. Even when turned off the red led light stays on actually draining the battery even when turned off. Connection is fine aswell with volume. It works like it’s still new just red led light will not turn off. Even after holding reset for less than 2 seconds or more than 10 seconds. Once I release reset button red led comes on wether it’s on or off. Any suggestions?
