If the port is wet, dry out excess liquid with paper towels and cotton swabs, then let it air dry completely before plugging in a controller.
Broken Controller
The controllers can fail from damage or normal wear-and-tear. To test this, unplug the affected controller and test a different controller. If the second controller works, the problem lies within the first one. If only certain buttons do not work, follow this GUIDE to replace the button pads.

If the problem persists, the pin connectors may need replacing.

Nick Boxwell - crwdns2934203:0crwdne2934203:0
Same here. NES side just stopped working. Was using it the other day and haven’t taken the cartridge out, so I don’t think it’s debris. SNES still working.

Michael Theriault - crwdns2934203:0crwdne2934203:0
I just recently bought this super retro trio console the SNES doesnt work. The games are very distorted/pixelated. Tried cleaning the games with alcohol and a swap but no luck. Tried cleaning the pins on the console as well but no luck. Its a brand new console so I'm not sure what else it can be.
