More then likely, you will be able to resolve this with a Recovery Mode restore. If this doesn't work, then try to downgrade the firmware and then update the phone again - however, the signing period does not last long once a new iOS is released with Apple.

While you'll probably be able to get away with just doing a recovery mode restore, you may have to downgrade as a last ditch effort.
