jojo7871982 , could be a power supply issue. According to the 1st link below, a capacitor in the power supply has probably gone bad. Take device apart and check the board to see if capacitor C316 is bulging. In the forum post are detailed instructions on how to make the repair. 2nd link show how to disassemble player to get to the power supply. Good luck.
