What is the maximum capacity HDD supported?
I would like to replace the HDD in my time capsule with one of the new 6tb or 8tb drives. Does anyone know if it will support anything larger than the 3 tab drive?

Did you review this Question and its answer? Can the TC Drive be upgraded to 5 TB?
Many of these drives are intended for NAS units which are RAID'ed as they don't have the access speed a desktop drive have when used alone. They also run hotter, need more power and require more head room (z height) than what the TC can offer. We looked at upgrading a few for our smaller satellite offices to lessen the WAN usage. After careful review we decided not to go down that path.
