Background
The Panasonic KX-TG6641 is a landline phone system with a base unit, wireless handsets, and a charging base for each handset, which is used to recharge the handset batteries. Major features include eco mode, hands-free speakerphone, and caller ID. Common issues include the handset malfunctioning with charged or replacement batteries, loss of or intermittent sound, loss of call function, and display issues with the handsets and/or base unit. Similar models are the TG7875S and TGE433B.
The device has a base unit and charging units, which are plugged into regular power jacks. All components are black and the base unit includes a keypad along and a screen for displaying call information. Each handset also includes a keypad and screen. The model number is located on a label on the bottom of the base unit.
