Background and Identification
HTC released the Vive Pro as an upgrade to its Vive. The Pro most notably features dual 1440p displays, improved headset ergonomics, a second front camera, and built-in headphones.
HTC will eventually release a wireless adapter that will allow for completely wireless use of the Vive Pro. Also coming soon is multiple base station compatibility that allows for better tracking and multi-player play.
The Vive Pro can be distinguished from other VR headsets by the numerous depressions on the front of the device and dual front-facing cameras. The word Vive is printed on the straps and on the front of the headset.
