The MacBook Air M1 hinge isn't user-adjustable—tightening requires professional service as it involves delicate internal components.

@rashmikand95190 - Remember the goal here is self service when it’s a simple issue. When it’s more involved outline the problem and what’s involved to repair it. As the sites name implies: I Fixed It
Sending someone to a shop straight off without any details is no better than sending someone to the hospital just because the persons finger is bleeding without knowing if it’s a simple paper cut vs half torn off.
The hinges on the newer MacBooks are a two piece design, a press fit pin into the lid and a clutch spring which wraps around the pin to offer the friction. Only the clutch side offers the mounting interface to the uppercase.
So… either the screws them selves are loose reference Step 12 in this guide MacBook Air 13" Late 2020 Screen Replacement or the press fit pin has become loose within the lid. Often times the hinges work but the last bit of closure is where you notice it’s a bit loose, that’s a sign the pins have failed which will require replacing the display assembly.

Where is the hinge(s) lose at? Middle case side or LCD side? Review the guide at Step 13 MacBook Air 13" Late 2020 Screen Replacement and you can check and tighten the hinge screws there. IF they have broken or become lose due to the laptop likely being being carried around with the screen open which could easily over flex the hinge mechanism breaking their tension, then you would need to find replacement hinges. I am not so familiar on these models so I cannot provide an accurate answer. I am sure that @danj will chip in with some good news.
