sits for a few min and then it turns itself off. still has good battery life left and sometimes i have to put it on charger and then it reboots. When it comes back on the batt is fully charged. It will also do this just after a full nights charge.. any suggestions?

iPhones tend to be picky about batteries. Try installing your old battery and see if it goes away; if it does your phone dosen't like your replacement battery.
