keeps turning off randomly

sits for a few min and then it turns itself off. still has good battery life left and sometimes i have to put it on charger and then it reboots. When it comes back on the batt is fully charged. It will also do this just after a full nights charge.. any suggestions?

It sounds to me like an software issue. Do you have the latest Firmware installed? Or is it jailbroken?
