You touch the screen of your tablet and nothing happens.

First try restarting your tablet by holding the power button on your device for 10 seconds, waiting a second until it is fully shutdown, then press the power button to turn on the device. If this does not solve your problem the screen may be damaged from the inside of your tablet.

Check the internals of your tablet to see no wires are broken or any have been disconnected from their parts.

If all the wires seem to be correctly intact, the screen will need to be replaced by following the guide here.

You push and hold the power button, but the tablet does not respond.

Make sure the battery of the device is charged. Plug your tablet into a power device, leave it to charge for five minutes, then try turning on the tablet again.

If the device does not turn on after five minutes of being on the charger, the battery might be completely dead or faulty, and you will need to replace your battery. To replace the battery yourself, follow this link for instructions Battery Replacement Guide.

Try plugging the charger into another device. If that device is able to charge then the problem is with the charging port on your device. Follow the charging port replacement guide here to replace the charging port on your device.

The device does not charge when attached to its charging cable.

The battery could be faulty and this would make it so it will not charge. If this is the case the battery will need to be replaced. Follow the guide here.

When I go to the camera mode, the picture in the display is black or blurry.

If the picture on screen in camera mode is blurry , check to see if the lens is obstructed.

If the lens is obstructed, remove any obstruction and clean lens with a micro-fiber cloth and a mild cleaning solution. If the lens is still blurry after cleaning it, check the camera lens for cracks. If there are cracks follow this guide to replace the camera (insert link here).

The device does not produce quality audio

Try using headphones with another device. If they sound normal then the problem is with the headphone jack on your device. Follow the headphone port replacement guide here if this is your problem.'

Check the exterior speaker holes for obstructions. If that does not fix the problem, follow this link Back Panel Replacement Guide to open the device to check the inside for debris around the speaker.

If the sound is distorted, make sure the speaker is clean and free of water damage and debris. Check the connection for frayed wires. If there are frayed wires follow this link Speaker Replacement Guide to replace the speaker.

Check to see if the sound is enabled in the device settings. If the sound is enabled try turning the volume up. If the problem still persists, you may follow this link Speaker Replacement Guide to replace the speaker.

The device does not retain a charge after being unplugged.

Make sure the device is fully charged before being unplugged. If it does not seem to last very long the battery needs to be replaced and this can be done by following the battery replacement guide here.
