Battery Dies Quickly
Insufficient battery life or device not charging.
Insufficient Charge
Checking battery life is the first step for knowing you are having battery troubles or the device is just not receiving enough charge. The battery light will flash red if it has insufficient life, then switch to green when it is fully charged. Make sure that you're charging at an outlet that is working. You can test this with another electronic device to see if it works when plugged in. If the outlet isn't the issue, you may not be charging the headphones long enough. There is a rapid charge feature that offers up to 90 minutes of use with just 5 minutes of charging but a full charge is about 2.5 hours or until it turns green.
Charging Port is Dirty
Make sure there is nothing blocking the charging port or interfering with the product charging, debris in the port could interfere with charge. First turn off your headphones then use a dust blower first to push air in and disperse the dust out of the port. If that doesn't work, use a toothpick, gently insert it into the port, and move it around to loosen debris. Shine a light into the port to see if there is anything stuck or something you haven't reached with the toothpick and get that out with the toothpick as well. After the port is cleaned out, try charging the headphones again.
Short-circuiting
Double check the power outlet, charger, or cable does not exceed 18 watts or 5 Volts/3.6amps. If any of those items do exceed the recommended limit they could have caused a short and are causing issues with the battery.

Auxiliary Port not putting out audio
Bluetooth is receiving sound, but auxiliary is not.
Damaged Cable
Look for tears, frays, or crimps in the cable. If there is any damage to the wired connection, it's time to replace the wired connection for your headphones. It's dangerous to use damaged cables and could also damage your headphones.
