The screen is unresponsive
The touch screen does not respond to finger presses.

You can purchase a USB stick or hard drive and upload files to this and delete them from your PC creating more storage. If you have tried to free up space and still don't have enough, you may want to increase the computer's internal storage, by upgrading the SSD.

Dust Obstructing Ventilation
Dust can start to build up on different parts of the computer. Check all the intake grills or exhaust ports to ensure there is not excess dust blocking the airways.
