Sudden loss of suction power

While using your vacuum, did you suddenly notice that it is not performing as well as it did a short while ago?

Blockage in hose

Look through the clear walls of the extension hose assembly for any blockages. If there are, take off any attachments and shake lose the blockage. Your vacuum should now operate as normal.

Blockage in brush head

Turn the vacuum over so that the brush head assembly is upright. Look for any obstructions, and remove them. Your vacuum should now operate as normal.

Blockage in internal hose

Turn the vacuum over so that the brush head assemble is upright. Look for any blockages in the hose that is in the upper right corner. Remove any obstructions. Your vacuum should now operate as normal.

Internal housing routes need cleaning

Screeching noise during operation

While cleaning, did you hear a loud, screeching noise come from your vacuum?

Brush head is not spinning

Turn the vacuum off. Look for any cord-like objects that are causing the brush to not spin. Unwrap the cord from the brush. Your vacuum should now operate as normal.

Broken brush head

To replace the brush head you will need to remove the bottom panel of your vacuum.

Filter needs cleaning

Have you been using your vacuum for over 6 months without cleaning your filter?

The power will not stay on

The power comes on when you press the button, but it shuts off as soon as you release.

The power button is sticking or misaligned

With the machine unplugged, press the power button down and slip it off quick enough that it makes a pop noise. Do this about ten times. Plug the vacuum back in and the power should stay on.

Vacuum will not turn on

Does your vacuum not turn on when you press the power button?

The vacuum is not securely plugged in

Make sure the plug is fully inserted into a fully functional electrical outlet. Your vacuum should now operate as normal.

The power switch is malfunctioning
