Computer will not power on
The laptop will not respond or show any sign of powering up
Faulty Power Adapter
Ensure the power adapter is plugged in and the charge light is on. If the light is not on, and the adapter is plugged in, the adapter is faulty. Consider purchasing a replacement adapter.
Faulty Battery
If the power adapter is plugged in, and the light on the adapter is on, make sure the adapter is connect to the laptop. If the laptop only powers up when the adapter is plugged in, regardless of charging time, then the battery is faulty. Replace the battery using our battery replacement guide.
Motherboard is Faulty
The Kindle is a relatively simple device in that it does not contain many components. Through process of elimination, faulty parts can be narrowed down easily. If the Kindle does not turn on after the previous steps, it is likely that the motherboard needs to be replaced.

A while back I refused to continue update downloads…the laptop was getting worse…especially after a warranty technician changed a hard drive.
I bout give up on Windows 10…
Now I have purchased a new hard drive again….a and I had to buy a new windows 10
that will not DOWNLOAD.
