The headset will not turn on
The power light does not turn on when the power button is pressed. This guide will be found under Astro A20 Battery Replacement.
Broken Charger
If the charger light does not come on when the charger is plugged into the headset and the wall or computer, the charger may be damaged. Try replacing the charger then checking to see if the charging light comes on. If the light still does not come on, there may be an issue with the micro USB that the charger is plugged into on the headset.
Micro USB
When the micro USB does not allow the headset to charge, then the micro USB plug on the headset might need to be cleaned out. Try to blow inside the micro USB plug, or clean out the micro USB plug with a Q- tip.
Failed Battery
There may be an issue with the battery if the headset’s power light continues not to turn on, or does not charge properly when the headset is connected to the charger. If the battery is damaged, try replacing it with a new one, and then checking to see if the headset charges when plugged in. This guide will be found under Astro A20 Battery Replacement.
The headset will not receive audio
There is no sound coming from the headset. This guide will be found under Astro A20 Speaker Replacement.
Low Volume
If there is little to no sound coming from the headset, then try checking the volume to see if the sound is just turned down.
Wifi Connection Issue
If there is no sound being heard from the speakers and the game has stopped, then the wifi connection may need to be checked. The wifi connection will need to be reconnected after you have restarted the internet box.
Faulty Speakers
After checking the volume and wifi, the headset continues to have no sound, then the speaker are the issue. The faulty speakers will need to be replaced. This guide will be found under Astro A20 Speaker Replacement.
The earphone cushion is missing or damaged
The headset is not comfortable around the ears.This guide will be found under Astro A20 Cushion Replacement.
Ripped Headset's Cushion
When the headset is uncomfortable around the ear and the headset's cushion seems to be damage. The cushion needs to be replaced to provide more comfort for the ears. This guide will be found under Astro A20 Cushion Replacement.
The headset microphone will not work
The microphone broken or does not transmit sound to the other players. This guide will be found under Astro A20 Microphone Replacement.
Wifi Connection Issue
The wifi connection may be low or poor which may lead to a disconnection in the transmission of sound to the other player, or the game may have stopped. The wifi may need minute to reconnect, or the internet box may need to be restarted and reconnected.
Mute Microphone
The other players cannot hear you speak into the microphone. This means the microphone cannot transmit any sound to the other player. The microphone will need to be replaced. This guide will be found under Astro A20 Microphone Replacement.
