how do I replace the micro USB port and where can I get the part?

My Fire HD 10 is around 6 to 9 months old and used daily. I put it into charge and the display showed it was connected to the charger. But when I checked a few hours later the display shows 1%. This is clearly incorrect as I have continued to use it without issue but the display, information, and warning messages show the battery at 1%. Can anything be done to rectify?

My 10 does the things in the screen. It acts as if an invisible finger is touching the screen. The cut-copy-paste just appears on text. The “open in a new tab" dialog box pops open without touching the screen. Can you help? Thank you

Yes I purchased the latest model off of the HSN and when I am playing the Hellscape game every time the in the middle of the add it redirects me to the app store its really annoying is this a common issue with this device? And is there a solution or fix for this annoying constant problem Originally I thought this would be a good device and as it turns out I think it's just junk waist of money throw it the trash. Writing this because I haven't seen this solution anywhere, I just had an issue with this tablet not turning on/responding to a charge cable, ended up having to open the tablet up and unplugging the battery from the motherboard and plugging it back in, super simple fix but I spent a while researching with nothing and it was a 5 minute fix. Hope this helps anyone with this issue.

2 of the Amazon pre-installed apps (Amazon Kids and Goodreads) suddenly started showing up on my Home screen (the part at the top where all of your recently opened apps are). I did a forced stop on each of them, and long-clicked and chose "Remove from Home", but every time I go back to my Home screen, there they are again. And now the icons have duplicated, so I now have 2 Amazon Kids and 2 Goodreads app icons on the top part of my Home Screen. I have restarted several times and it's still not making them go away. Any suggestions?

My Fire 10 HD is constantly changing sites while I am working on other sights. For instance if I am on a color by number page it will which to a page with all the languages that are available. Where in the Monroe, NC area should I take it to have this problem "fixed'? I use my device VERY regularly and need to find to find a GOOD repair person for this problem. Thank you.
