Chris tell us what you tried. Checked the laser and cleaned it? Removed the battery to reset it? did you check inside the psp unit, notice the rail (silver with lines on it) move or slide the laser which is the square metal box attached on the rail. make sure there is nothing blocking the laser from sliding.
