Why do some keys click harder than others?
On my dell latitude 7490 I encounter a slite problem. Som keys are nearly silent en some have a definitive “click” sound. The keys with the hardest click sound are the delete key and shift lock key

You can remove the bottom cover and check that your battery isn’t swollen or bulging. I have this exact model and when my battery swelled up, it caused some keys to have louder clicks. Once I replaced the battery with a new one, it was resolved. I’d also suggest blowing out the keys with a can of compressed air in case there’s something stuck under the key.
