Charge port melted now wont charge
Started to smoke and melt while charging. Now when I plug in charger it doesn't show it is charging on the power button. Assume it isn't charging but haven't run battery all the way out yet.

@smu89 if it truly melted you are having some major issues with it. Unlikely that it would charge nor would I try. Disassemble it by using this guide and see what damage you find. Post some images with your question so we can see what you see . Use this guide for that. Best case scenario you require only a new charging port, worst case you have some logicboard component failure.
