Den Stift habe ich herausbekommen, nachdem ich das Ende mit einem Brenner erhitzt und den Stift dann mit Kältespray abgekühlt habe. Die Welle war dabei im Schraubstock eingespannt, so dass ich dann den Stift mit einer Kombizange herausziehen konnte. Ich habe ihn dann durch eine 2mm Fahrradspeiche ersetzt. Dise habe ich vorher mit einem Seitenschneider leicht eingekerbt und dann mit Locktite eingesteckt. Das Ende habe ich dann soweit abgefeilt, dass das Vorderteil aufgeschraubt werden konnte.

In this case, try using the cart for a short ride (15–20 minutes) to bring the battery voltage down slightly, then plug in the charger again.

Lastly, the Onboard Computer (OBC) in a 2001 Club Car might be causing the charger to shut off too soon. The OBC manages charging and can sometimes get “confused” after battery replacement. Resetting the OBC might solve the problem. To do this, disconnect the battery pack, turn the key switch to OFF, set the forward/reverse switch to neutral, and wait a few minutes before reconnecting the batteries.

Some electric heaters (coffee maker, toaster ovens, portable hair dryers and possibly air fryers, use a thermal fuse to disable power instead of causing an electrical hazard. If you are familiar with electrical/electronic circuits, you may be able to identify if a thermal fuse is blown. It's wired into the hot side of the electrical wiring, often mechanically crimped onto solid wire. Sometimes encased in a heat resistant cloth like shield. It's round and similar to resistors but it protects against short circuiting. Over current demand, overheating, opens thermal fuses from heat, A multimeter measuring resistance is used to measure it; short/good, open/blown. This presumes the airfryer wasn't soaked in dishwasher or washed under a sink that may damage everything when reconnected to power.
