How do I fix this?

Okay so, one day i let my cousin on my meta quest and some how he did a factory reset and then i tried logging back in but it didnt work and i went on the app and tried to unlink it but it didnt work at all but now i lost the account and i wanna put a new acc on it how do i fix it?
