  • Fange mit dem Pulsationsdämpfer/Überdruckventil an:

  • Das Ventil ist direkt über der Pumpe festgeschraubt.

  • Ziehe den linken Schlauch am Expansionsgefäß ab und lege sein Ende in ein Wasserglas.

  • Starte die Maschine. Wenn nun das Wasser in das Glas läuft, hast du den Schuldigen gefunden: Das Überdruckventil. Eventuell kommt auch eine verstopfte Heizung in Frage.

  • Die Heizung kannst du testen, indem du auch noch den Schlauch zwischen Heizung und Keramikventil am Ventil ablöst. Blase in die Heizung hinein. Es muss ziemlich leicht gehen.

  • Wenn das Wasser nicht ins Glas läuft, ist das Überdruckventil wahrscheinlich in Ordnung. Wenn die Heizung durchgängig ist, muss der Schuldige das Keramikventil sein. Hier die Anleitung für die EQ5 und die EQ6.

Start with the pulsation damper/pressure relief valve:

The valve is screwed on directly above the pump.

Remove the left hose from the expansion vessel and place its end in a glass of water.

Start the machine. If the water now runs into the glass, you have found the culprit: The pressure relief valve. A clogged heater may also be a possibility.

You can test the heater by also disconnecting the hose between the heater and the ceramic valve on the valve. Blow into the heater. It should go fairly easily.

If the water does not run into the glass, the pressure relief valve is probably OK. If the heater is continuous, the culprit must be the ceramic valve. Here are the instructions for the EQ5 and the EQ6.
