Remove the battery

  • Remove the battery from the iPhone.

  • If there's any alcohol solution remaining in the phone, carefully wipe it off with a coffee filter or allow it to air dry before installing your new battery.

  • If your new battery didn't come with adhesive preinstalled, refer to this guide for help replacing the adhesive strips.

  • Perform a force restart after reassembly. This can prevent several issues and simplify troubleshooting.

Als er nog resten van de isopropyl alcohol in de telefoon achter zijn gebleven, kun je deze nu schoonvegen met een koffiefilter. Je kunt er ook voor kiezen om net zo lang te wachten tot de alcohol opgedroogd is alvorens je nieuwe batterij te installeren.

Als je nieuwe batterij niet met nieuwe kleefstrips is geleverd, kun je deze handleiding gebruiken om de kleefstrips alsnog te plaatsen.

Voer na het weer in elkaar zetten van je toestel een geforceerde herstart uit. Dit kan een aantal problemen met je toestel voorkomen en de eventuele probleemoplossing vergemakkelijken.
