Disassemble your airbrush beginning with the needle. Each piece is held on with threading, so carefully unscrew each part one at a time by hand.

Make sure to work on a flat, clear surface to easily keep track of small and delicate parts.

Every part should be removed and broken down as far as possible, as paint buildup can occur in unexpected places.
