Take a spudger (plastic or metal) and carefully insert it into the seam between the ear pad and the driver housing.

With the soldering iron, go in a circular path around the underside of the component where the glue binds it together (the white lining)

The component should pop off after using it (a spudger might be needed to get more leverage when popping it off)

-
Use a spudger to remove the adhesive layer surrounding the driver component

-
-
Insert a phillips #00 screwdriver into the hole in the center of the actual driver

With upward force, pop off the driver component
-
-
-
Locate the microphones by looking in the secondary interior component (the area that looks like a bowl fit with wires and white spots)
