It could be a faulty suspension rod or maybe more than one, as there are 4 rods used in the washer. One in each corner of the machine.
Here's a video that shows how to replace one of them.
They come as a kit of 4 rods i.e. 2 of each part number. Search online for DC97-16350S DC97-16350T wa45t3200aw/a4 suspension rod to find suppliers that suit you best. (examples only)
I realize that the video shows replacing part number DC97-16350C but the part numbers above are the ones for the rods in your washer.
The 2 x DC97-16350S rods are used on the rear of the tub and the 2 x DC97-16350T rods are used on the front of the tub.
