Hi @cobrajetken
It could be a faulty suspension rod or maybe more than one, as there are 4 rods used in the washer. One in each corner of the machine.
Here's a [link|https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lc3BVNFmrUQ|video] that shows how to replace one of them.
-They come as a kit of 4. Search online for [link|https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=DC97-16350S+DC97-16350T+wa45t3200aw%2Fa4+suspension+rod|DC97-16350S DC97-16350T wa45t3200aw/a4 suspension rod] to find suppliers that suit you best. (examples only)
+They come as a kit of 4 rods i.e. 2 of each part number. Search online for [link|https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=DC97-16350S+DC97-16350T+wa45t3200aw%2Fa4+suspension+rod|DC97-16350S DC97-16350T wa45t3200aw/a4 suspension rod] to find suppliers that suit you best. (examples only)
I realize that the video shows replacing part number DC97-16350C but the part numbers above are the ones for the rods in your washer.
The 2 x DC97-16350S rods are used on the rear of the tub and the 2 x DC97-16350T rods are used on the front of the tub.
