I use Cyanoacrylate glue to glue it back down take note it's alignment so the fiberglass surfaces are in the same orientation and if one side is more torn placed in that direction. Then after it is mounted I take Polyester thread carefully warping the stud against the logic board making sure none of the components are covered by the thread. And then I add a bit more Cyanoacrylate glue. The goal here is to increase the base of the stud so you have more surface area covered. If you can get UV resin glue that's also a great glue as long as the UV light can get to it. So here the mounting of the stud won't work but the covering the thread will work. You will need a UV light source and make sure you wear eye protection.

That is a bit to complicated..... Easier just to glue it to the board and then lightly screw it in place and let it dry, no? Why do I need to 'glue' the thread'? We only need to fix the base of the standoff to the board.
@livfe - the thread creates the new structure binding the stud to the PCB board. Think it this way you have a piece of cloth and spill glue on it what was flexible is now stiff. As the glue we are using needs a porous surface to bind to and we want to increase the mating surface the thread give us that.
Without adding the structure the gluing of the stud alone won’t hold. Just like a pencil glued on its end won’t have enough strength. But if you fashion a base that fans out as well as up the pencil will hold is position better!
@danj The bottom of the standoff has no hole it is flat surface so any glue in there will not get through to fix it to the board.... I will just do it with some epoxy glue and not tighten it up to much as to create stress. To much hassle any other way, Never mind, but thanks anyway.
@livfe - As I stated you need to match up the grain of the torn fiberglass so the mating surfaces match up. And yes! There is no hole in the PCB which is why you need to create added structure otherwise you'll just snap it off again and as the system does flex the stress will also pull in the weakened area. Epoxy doesn't bind well to the PCB which is why I don't use it.
Here you need to build a scaffold to hold the two together. But you do what you wish, I've struggled figuring this out and this is how I fix it.
@danj Yeah it is a tricky bugger to attach again..... update when I sussed it out.

Did the standoff snap off the logic board, or did the screw's head snapped off?
