I use Cyanoacrylate glue to glue it back down take note it's alignment so the fiberglass surfaces are in the same orientation and if one side is more torn placed in that direction. Then after it is mounted I take Polyester thread carefully warping the stud against the logic board making sure none of the components are covered by the thread. And then I add a bit more Cyanoacrylate glue. The goal here is to increase the base of the stud so you have more surface area covered. If you can get UV resin glue that's also a great glue as long as the UV light can get to it. So here the mounting of the stud won't work but the covering the thread will work. You will need a UV light source and make sure you wear eye protection.
