Yes the top part of the logic board connector (battery side) got pulled off. If you still have the piece you might be able to glue it back. But you will need to be very precise with the glue’s placement as it mustn’t interfere with the contacts or the latch. Replacing the connector is possible but it will take a hot air rework station and some skills to do it without making a bigger mess. Or, you just bite the bullet and replace the battery as the connector is on the battery side.

Or just replace the battery the guide offers the part info.
