Why does my MacBook’s screen is half dim?

I have a a1342 MacBook with almost entire half right part of the screen dimmer than the other.

It also has the spotlights phenomena while the left half doesn’t have it at all.

I tried to replace the display data cable but no luck, what else can I try?
