When the laptop is on, can you feel the hot air coming out of the vent or hear if the fan is operating? If not then there may be a problem with the laptop’s fan.
If the fan is operating then most probably it needs to be cleaned of any dust build up and the thermal paste on the CPU needs to be removed and replaced as it will have dried out, therefore the heat transfer from the CPU will be reduced and it will operate hotter.

If the fan is not operating it may have to be replaced. Replacement fans are available online. Just search for Acer E1-571G Cooling fan to get results for suppliers that suit you best. See above for how to access the fan so that it can be replaced.
