Laptop Processor Overheating Issue

I am using Acer Aspire E1-571G, i5 with 1TB HDD and *GB RAM.

Now I am facing the processor heating issue every time I used my laptop. I can’t even touch the side of my laptop as it burns.

Can someone suggest to me any solution to this issue?
