While my Mac experience is limited, my first thought would be to check if the device is showing up within their version of Windows’ Device Manager. If it’s in there, the machine should at least be acknowledging that it exists and is connected, if not, the machine is likely not recognizing it as physically connected and I would suspect that if the camera is indeed not defective, then it may have either a loose connection or was not connected correctly again during the recent screen replacement.
Were the entirety of these steps followed during the screen replacement, especially those related to disconnecting/reconnecting the antenna and cabling leading to the screen? MacBook Pro 13" Touch Bar 2017 Screen Replacement

Hi, I faced a similar problem after assembly replacement for A1502, I got it done from technician (not service centre who also sold me the same) , camera did work for first time after reboot, for around 3-4 days, then ended up showing no camera connected for another 2-3 days, then again worked few days later. Right now it has again stopped to show up on system report and shows error" not connected to camera "while on apps.. Apparently I visited the technician again he cheked for the assembly in his system.
Surprisingly, Camera worked without fail for several times after multiple restarts also. Probably the assembly is not faulty, but what for I am facing the issue...how can I fix it? The tech guy says my motherboard is screwed up or something...please help me...
