No water pumping through even though plenty of water in tank

No water pumping through even though plenty of water in tank

My machine has stopped pumping water through. I can hear the pump working and there is plenty of water in the tank but no water is coming through. Any ideas on how to fix? Or, do you know anyone that would be able to fix?

I have an older model with the same problem. It looks like a Miss Audrey Rancilio (but without that label).

That kind of situation may be covered in the Owners Manual or check their site for a FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions). One thing to note to is, you may hear the pump sound, but that doesn't necessarily clear the pump as functional. May (probably) need to open up the unit for visual inspection.
