Hi,
Use a strong light and a magnifying glass to inspect the USB charge port.
Ensure that the pins are all there and that they are straight and parallel with each other.
If the port has lint or other debris in it, use a vacuum cleaner to try and suck it out. DO NOT use a metal pin or probe as you may damage the pins. If you have to, gently use a wooden toothpick to dislodge any debris etc.
If the port seem OK try the following:
Connect the charger cord to the speaker only and then holding the speaker firmly in one hand, gently (stress gently) try to move the charge cord plug up and down and side to side to check for any movement in the USB port.
If there is movement (or even if not) the speaker will have to be opened to be further inspected as to the problem.

I have a question, my Bolt speaker doesnt turn on anymore for some reason. I’ve been charging it but it’s not turning on. Anyway to fix this?

I have a partial solution. I’ve had a BlackWeb party 18AA014 speaker for a few years. Loved it. Then it stopped taking a charge June 2021. When the speaker’s power switch was flipped on, the speaker would start up and look normal for 5-7 seconds then immediately shut off. I was about to trash it but I noticed that when I would flip the speaker on (for the aforementioned 5-7 secs), the speaker would try to connect to my phone via Bluetooth. So I tried this:
1) Opened the Bluetooth settings on my Iphone
2) hit the Blackweb Bluetooth link on my phone to start the pairing process just before I flipped the speaker power button. The speaker then came on, linked to my phone and stayed on?!!
As a reminder, the speaker was plugged into a wall socket using the power cord the the whole time. The speaker stayed on overnight (again while plugged in).
The next morning I unplugged the speaker. The speaker would now turn off and on using only the battery….hmmmm. But don’t get to excited just yet. The battery meter was full. The speaker ran off the full battery for about 15-20 minutes but then died. At this point, at least I can now use the speaker while plugged into a wall socket but the speaker won’t take a charge. Good luck.

I have a Blackweb speaker which you have to plug a wire in to charge, I lost that wire and can’t seem to buy one anywhere else. I noticed on the back of the speaker it has a USB port so I tried charging it this way. Underneath the charging icon this is flashing red when it should be a solid red colour. It’s been charging all night and just flashing red. I don’t know what to do? As soon as I take the wire out the flashing stops but the speaker is completely dead

I’ve had 2 blackweb speakers in the past 2 years and something was always wrong with the charger port. The pins came out and made both my speakers charging ports wobbly. That’s just from plugging your speaker even in to many times. Blackweb is a good speaker but, I’m no longer buying that brand for speakers because it has issues with charging
