Dropped phone now blank and screens popping out

So a few days ago I dropped my phone and the screen popped out of the iphone mainframe, I popped it back in but now the screen wont work and I can press down the phone like its still not in properly. Siri still works and I can hear things but when I tried to hard boot it, it stopped responding completely. What do I do?

Replacing the screen is what you do if you already tried reseating the front panel connectors. The LCD cable is fragile on the 5c and can easily rip on drop.

One solution to your problem is to make sure that the connection between the display module and the logic board of the phone is intact. Dropping the phone may have dislodged the connection, with continued use causing the internal cable to disconnect. Follow the iFixit iPhone 5c Display Assembly Repair Guide for help finding the connectors for the Front Panel.

Means the screen LCD display is damaged. Since the LCD and digitizer are fused together you will need a iPhone 5c Front Panel Replacement.
