I got a 2.26 model a1342 and I need to replace the logic board. Can I substitute the 2.26 logic board for a 2.4? Looks like the same thing except for the actual processor speed and the graphics card portion.
Is it just an overclocked version of the same processor with a different graphics chip?

There are two A1342 machines, the 2.26 Late 2009 and the 2.4 Mid 2010. I don't see any problem with the swap except make sure you get the A1342 board. There are other 2.4 boards that may not work.
