Can I put the 2.4 logic board in the 2.26 model

I got a 2.26 model a1342 and I need to replace the logic board. Can I substitute the 2.26 logic board for a 2.4? Looks like the same thing except for the actual processor speed and the graphics card portion.

Is it just an overclocked version of the same processor with a different graphics chip?
