Need to replace charger. Where can I get a charger?

Need a new charger, where can I get one?

When I plug in the charger to the device, the green light (charging) does not turn on. The device does not seem seem to be charging. I tried the AC and USB-to-computer connections. Either of the two works. I also tried the chargers on other devices and they work fine. Is my battery on the tablet completely bad? or is the connector plug-in on the tablet bad?

I was about to watch a video in my gallery and it froze before i could even play it. It will not let me do anything not even SHUT IT OFF by holding the power button, volume button NOTHING IS WORKING im hoping the battery dies so that i am able to restart it but it seems to NOT WANT TOOOO die as soon as it usually does ... SOMEONE PLEASE HELP !

So I reset it again and now I'm stuck on a blue screen that's saying just a sec but it's been stuck on this screen for almost 30 mins now..wtf?? How long is a second to them/ y'all? This is ridiculous

My tablet constantly has the recording icon up to that just says it's recording with how long and I am not doing anything that requires it to be recording. Usually it does recording after I reset it but I was wondering what is doing. Google isn't helping.

The shutdown option doesn't work, will only restart after selecting shutdown. Tried a factory reset and it still only reboots when selecting shutdown. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Don't ask Visual Land anything, they are bunch of a.holes, never respond, their feedback is a total waste of time. I sent the same message on the their feedback, of course, no response.

You tube is saying connection lost touch to retry but it never works .

after factory reset the 10es is slow in response. takes a few minutes just to load google play to get updates. any ideas? fully charged. factory apps, factory settings. still slow

My tablet overheats and the screen blinks off and on when you try to use it. Visual land did not respond so I filed a report 2 months ago with the BBB they did respond to them and stated this warranty covered all issues I was having but I submitted proof of purchase to them and the BBB that forwarded to them as well. They will not respond to either of now

My start up sceen is flashing on off

My mother-in-law’s tablet won’t connect to her wi-fi. Her Roku connects; phones connect; other tablets connect. But this Visual Land tablet gets a “connection failure” error on every attempt.

I forgot finger pattern. I’ve tried all my current patterns on my phones, still I can’t get it correct.

Any Ideas how to solve this problem?

My tablet stopped about a month ago connecting to the play store thru my hotspot..it always worked before. It says i have full strenght and that im connected but i only get a white screen when i go to the play store. Does anyone know what happened or how to fix this problem?

Not happy used this tablet for a month and after that the battery will no longer charge. What a shame I liked this tablet and can't get nor change a battery in it… Won't buy anouther!

I can't connect my Visual Land tablet to the home Wi-Fi it only connects to my Wi-Fi on my phone when I first got this tablet is connected to the home Wi-Fi or not I don't know why it doesn't know cuz I don't want to use up all my data on my phone. I'll press the Wi-Fi thing on the phone to connect it to the Wi-Fi and I get it'll stay saved and then when I pushed connect it'll say go from connect back to saved and then my Wi-Fi is a 5G Wi-Fi at home and this only goes up to a to G what in the world is really going on thank you

I dropped my tablet. The on off button popped out along with the one beside it. I got in touch with visual and was told to do specific things. My daughter bought the tablet and so far has not given me any info required. I have two pictures ready but no other. All I need is the two pieces and my granddaughter says she can put them back in. These tablets are garbage. This manufacturer uses the cheapest components ever. Tablet is literally a month old and stopped charging. Do not buy this brand of tablet. Biggest waste of money I've ever dealt with.

My tablet Prestige Elite 10QL will not connect to wifi. Everyone's else phone and computer is connecting to the wifi but my tablet isn't. I type in the password and it goes straight to save but I'm not connected. I already did a factory reset and changed the date. Nothing works.

What do you do when it zooms in an apps that have camera feature and when you aim it to the left it goes up when you angle it to the right it goes down basically in any app that I'm using to display me it's always zoomed in angle the camera it doesn't even do the opposite it does the semi opposite I guess

I just received my prestige elite q0HQ tablet and locked myself out not remembering my pattern or screen lock. I've tried following instruction for hard reset and soft reset multiple times. I finally made it off the reboot options page only to get a black screen with =>FASTBOIR mode... in bottom left corner of the screen but it does nothing. I see people asking for help here but no one is getting any comments back from customer service troubleshooter. Thisis ridiculous. I'll be returning mine and will not purchase any of this brand tablets again. I will do more research and read more reviews before next purchase of any items.

What happens if after the reset wipe clean factory reset and reboot what happens if it's still keep saying unable to sign you in due to unknown error what does that mean
