Trio Stealth-10 Troubleshooting

I just went to turn it on but now its frozen!

We have noticed that this problem has been encountered by many people especially after their device updates. One way to possibly fix this problem is to make sure that it isn't possible to reset the tablet while it is frozen. Hold the power button down for a minute or two.

If hard rebooting the device didn't correct the problem then it may be that there is an issue with your operating systems. If this is the case you will need to reinstall your operating system to correct this.

If a hard reboot or reinstalling the OS doesn't work then there may be a problem with the motherboard. If this is the case then follow this guide to help you replace it.

I have tried to turn on my device but it won't activate.

If the battery is not charged it may cause the screen to freeze up before it dies. Check and see if when it is plugged into a charger if the screen displays the charging icon.

If the device will not charge then the problem could be that the charger you have may be faulty. Try charging a similar device if you have one or a friend's device and see if it charges. If it does not then you will need to get a replacement charger.

The speakers on my Tablet are not as loud as they should be.

Check if the volume setting on the tablet is too low. If not then the problem may be an internal issue.

Sometimes dust can get inside the panel from the opening on top of the speaker as well as any small openings around the edge of the tablet. Open the back panel of the tablet and check to see if the speaker cover or speaker itself are dirty. Use our back panel replacement guide to help you clean the speaker.

While on the internet the tablet slows down and doesn't run as fast as it should.

With this device too many pages or apps open and running at the same time will cause the Stealth-10 to slow down. For peak performance, make sure to close all web pages that you do not want to use.

I am concerned that my device may be overheating

If you use the device for multiple hours at a time and/or use the device while charging it can overheat. To prevent this when the device starts to overheat a bit then turn it off and let the device rest. Also leaving the device off when charging will help as well.

This device can overheat as well when multiple applications are running at the same time. To prevent this make sure that apps you are not using are not running and if they are to close them.
